The tea garden was designed and constructed in accordance with the design and construction by experts from the Tea Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The slope of the tea garden, the distance between tea ridges, and the operating roads in the garden all comply with the requirements for tea tree growth, tea garden management, and ecological protection. Osmanthus and osmanthus are interplanted in the garden, which is surrounded by mist and clear air all year round. It is a famous standardized organic tea production base inside and outside the province. The tea garden has been featured on CCTV for two consecutive years.

In the process of operation, ZhejIang Wuyi Tea Industry Co.,Ltd. adopts the model of "leading enterprises and professional cooperatives and tea farmers" to realize the integration of resources and improve the degree of organization of tea. In 1999, the company participated in the establishment of Wuyi Donggan Tea Professional Cooperative, the first professional tea cooperative in Jinhua City. In 2003, based on the three professional tea cooperatives of Donggan, Taoxi and Gumashan, the Jiulongshan Tea Professional Cooperative in Wuyi, Zhejiang Province was established. There are currently 624 members. Protective price purchases are adopted for professional cooperatives and associated farmers to promote farmers' The increase in production and income has driven 5,220 farmers. As a provincial-level leading agricultural enterprise, the company's annual purchase of tea from local farmers accounts for 70% of Wuyi County's tea output. At the same time, through the radiation of tea professional cooperatives, surrounding farmers are closely connected.

Since its establishment, the company has focused on the application of scientific and technological achievements. In 2004, it jointly established Zhongming Technology Co., Ltd. with the Tea Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Relying on the technical advantages of the scientific research institute, it carried out scientific research and provided solutions for pest control in Wuyi organic tea gardens and new tea gardens in mountainous areas. The development and management of organic tea gardens using animal fertilizer sources provide practical and technical basis, promote the promotion and application of tea scientific research results, and provide a scientific and technological innovation service platform for the development of Wuyi tea industry.
